Discuss and agree on preferred time slots or general availability.
Make note of any known schedule constraints (e.g., exams, holidays, work).
Is it okay for the scholars (or the Supervisor) to reach out between meetings?
Communication
Choose your primary communication platform (e.g., Discord, Slack, WhatsApp, Email).
Set expectations for response time (e.g., aim to reply within 48 hours).
Important: If any group member is unresponsive for two weeks without notice, please inform the Impact Scholars team at impactscholars@neuromatch.io. If no response is received after one month, the participant may be considered as a dropout (pending further follow-up).

Scholars should talk about their expectations for the project time: what do they want to achieve? What is your expectation from the Supervisor?
What is the Supervisor’s expectation?

Keep all project-related communication on your agreed platform to ensure transparency and shared accountability.
Foster a collaborative environment by being respectful, kind, and constructive.
Please reach out to the Impact Scholars team at impactscholars@neuromatch.io with any concerns or if any problems arise between Supervisor and Scholars or within the group.
