This page is for our verified Ambassadors - you applied, were accepted, and went through the volunteer onboarding! Here you’ll find all the Ambassador resources, downloads, and guidance you need to represent Neuromatch.
Note: The public-facing version of the Advocates and Ambassadors program  can be found here.  That page is open to everyone. This page is just for Ambassadors and contains your badges, internal resources, and ambassador-only guidance.


Role Recap

An application-based role that is more visible than Advocates
Ambassadors represent Neuromatch Academy or Climatematch Academy more visibly on campus and online. You’ll be a point of contact for others who want to learn more.
Duration: November 2025 – April 2026


Ambassador Checklist

Complete these starting tasks:
Join the #a_25-ambassadors Slack channel
Coordinate with Muriah Umoquit on Slack for  your listing on the website  
 Share your personalize Ambassador graphic with your network;  let people know you are an Ambassador, tag Neuromatch and/or Climatematch, and share a bit about your experience, what the Academy has to offer, and invite people to get in contact to ask questions.
Share your  digital certificate  on social media or add to your LinkedIn profile
If printing is possible and feasible,  put up two posters⁠  at your university or community and send us a photo in the Slack channel. We even have  🌟posters that you can can request to be personalized! ⁠ Please note that this is optional.
Share course information in any appropriate channels that you are a part of (newsletters, student groups, email lists, etc.). Let us know in the Slack channel. Email templates coming soon!
Answer any questions from students or peers via being contacted from the website. See  FAQs at the bottom of the course page  or ask for help in our Ambassador Slack channel.
Plan to join us for some Professional Development in June 2026
Want to do more? If you do one of these activities, you are considered a Gold Ambassador and will receive a Gold Ambassador badge. These will be sent directly to you in Slack:
Join the a webinar for prospective students. Sit on a panel and share your experience in Climatematch or Neuromatch Academy and answer questions. More information on this will be shared in the Ambassador Slack channel as dates are set but will likely be in January, with various ones to cover different time zones.
