Welcome to the CoCommunications Team! We share with the world the awesome work Neuromatch is doing! We manage all social media accounts, Ambassadors program, and help with some email outreach.

  • Lead marketing and social media strategy.
  • Content generation including coy writing and graphic creation for social media and website.
  • Oversee website content and messages.
  • Graphic creation for all platforms inline with brand guidelines.

  • Share insights and feedback to strengthen external communications for Neuromatch and Climatematch.
  • Comms volunteer management and engagement in Slack.

  • Conduct competitor research and program benchmarking to identify opportunities and best practices.
  • Use marketing  frameworks to identify friction points and psychological motivators to understand what drives participation and interest.
  • Collaborate with the communications/marketing team to align findings with ongoing initiatives.
  • Transforms knowledge into insights and actions for improving current neuromatch program outreach and engagement.
  • Generate partial and/or final reports synthesizing gathered information, insights and recommendations.
Didi Ramsaran Chin
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Ambassadors, answering questions and offering guidance.
  • Coordinate and host key program events.
  • Encourage and support Ambassadors in their outreach activities.
  • Track progress toward Gold Ambassador status and distribute certificates/badges.
  • Liaise with Neuromatch staff and volunteers to share updates, insights, and challenges.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment within the Ambassador Slack channel.
  • Track program metrics to help evaluate the program.
Peter Ohue and ToTolulope Gbayisomore
  • Put up posters in your university/community if feasible.
  • Share course information in any appropriate channels that you are a part of (newsletters, student groups, email lists, etc.).
  • Answer any questions from students or peers via being contacted from the website.
  • Option: participate in or host information sessions online or in-person to share your Academy experience and answer questions.
Part-time Comms Assistant
  • SEO for Neuromatch webpages.
  • Paid Ad campaigns through Google Grants.
  • Content creation and graphic creation.
LaLaura Poli
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research to identify and reach relevant audiences
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with the communications/marketing team to align ad efforts with ongoing initiatives
